About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Corestaff Pte Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Tender and Bidding Team in quantity measurement, Bill of Quantities preparation, contract and drawing review, cost estimation, and final submission.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts for designated projects, including procurement, subcontract administration, and cost evaluation. You will source and compare quotations for project materials, liaise with suppliers, and monitor order schedules.
You will also prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts while ensuring timely invoicing. Additionally, you will assess subcontractor claims, issue payment responses, and handle contract-related issues such as extensions, claims, and cost adjustments.
As a Quantity Surveyor at Corestaff Pte Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting marine civil engineering projects and contribute to the success of our team.
