Job Opportunity:

Hospital Building Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a challenging hospital project.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage all building surveying duties and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on progress claims.
  • • Prepare and issue subcontract documents and purchasing agreements as required.
  • • Conduct cost estimations and identify variation works to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • • Source quotations from sub-contractors, prepare cost comparisons, negotiate contracts, and award them accordingly.
  • • Handle variation orders or EOT claims efficiently.
  • • Liaise closely with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • • Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • • Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.
