Project Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead and manage projects within the education sector. This role involves overseeing academic programs, student services, and business initiatives to ensure smooth operations and growth. The successful candidate will coordinate between management, lecturers, students, and external partners, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Implementation
    • Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor progress.
    • Ensure compliance with education regulations and standards.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Work closely with lecturers, administrators, and management to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Liaise with external education partners, regulators, and service providers.
  • Operational Management
    • Monitor and improve operational processes in the education environment.
    • Support program development, quality assurance, and student engagement initiatives.
  • Risk & Quality Control
    • Identify risks and challenges in project delivery and provide solutions.
    • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance across all projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Education Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
