Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused cashier to join our sales floor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling daily cash operations, supporting sales, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.

  • Manage and reconcile cash float at the start and end of shift.
  • Operate POS system for cash and electronic transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked cashier counter.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Support stocktaking and in-store promotions.
  • Promote upselling at the cashier counter.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of retail or cashier experience ideal (entry-level considered).
  • Comfortable handling cash and various payment methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
