Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
">This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting sales teams with quotations and orders, coordinating with internal departments for smooth delivery, and assisting in sales/marketing activities.
">- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, appointment scheduling, pipeline management, and preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows, promotional events, and product launches.
- Provide customers and sales staff with timely delivery schedules and consignment updates.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and system support) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to provide accurate product information to customers.
- Diploma in Business or IT field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
