Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong customer-centric mindset.

This role involves providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email and phone. You will also be responsible for preparing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Prepare sales documentation, including quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of a GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma qualification is required. Experience in a sales support role is an advantage. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.
