The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum, managing teaching staff, and communicating effectively with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre, ensuring compliance with school policies and quality standards.
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation: Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's pre-school curriculum, aligning with our educational philosophy.
  • Parent Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, building trust and rapport through regular updates and feedback.
  • Administrative and Compliance: Handle administrative tasks to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring the centre's operation is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a centre supervisor in a pre-school or childcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, high sense of responsibility, positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills.
