Electromechanical Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and study customer specifications and technical drawings, ensuring thorough understanding of requirements.
  • Setup machines and create samples to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Update sample making records to facilitate efficient production processes.
  • Assist in new product development, defining production process flows and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create and maintain jigs and fixtures to improve processes, quality, and productivity.
  • Assemble wire harnesses and electromechanical parts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor, calibrate, and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, and instruments for quality and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instruments, or products, applying creative problem-solving skills.
  • Develop, build, or test prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain proper records, ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instruments, and tools, and initiate design of Jigs & Fixtures as needed.
  • Provide on-site installation and support to customers for Electromechanical and Electrical wiring systems, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification Level: Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent.
  • Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantageous.
  • Able to interpret mechanical drawing and electrical schematic.
  • Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs.
  • Positive and willing to learn attitude, possess high level of initiative.
