Our company seeks a skilled Electromechanical Specialist to join our team. As an electro-mechanical specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team working to develop innovative solutions for mosquito-borne diseases. Your role will involve designing, building and maintaining quality systems for all processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Maintenance: You will be responsible for assembling and troubleshooting complex robot systems with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly diagnose issues identified by monitoring software and execute maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Educate operators on common issues, best practices, and available resources to help them troubleshoot independently.
  • Work Environment Management: Maintain and organize the work environment, including documentation, tools, and communication channels, enabling quick responses to issues.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback on system performance for future product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a hardware technician in assembly, maintenance, inventory, and operating equipment.
    • Proficiency in general electrical and mechanical machine assembly, understanding of common hand tools, and experience with hardware testing, process validation, or software testing.
    • Effective communication skills to convey ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience with test methodologies, planning, execution, as a lead, individual contributor, or supporting role.
    • Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency in computer and controller skills, automation dashboard analysis, and hardware failure diagnosis.
