Our company is seeking a Material Innovation Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on the development of new materials and processes using advanced techniques such as metal injection molding, ceramic injection molding, and powder metallurgy.

You will be responsible for designing experiments, analyzing data, and optimizing process parameters to improve product yield and quality. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in material R&D and process development. Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and project management is also desired.

You will troubleshoot thermal process problems and implement solutions to improve process control systems. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop new materials and processes that meet our customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new materials and processes using MIM, CIM, and PM technologies
  • Design experiments and analyze data to improve product yield and quality

Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in material R&D and process development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and project management
