Social Worker Role

As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering vulnerable individuals and families to overcome life's challenges.

  • You will conduct triage and intake services for community members, providing them with essential support and resources.
  • Utilizing your expertise, you will develop and implement personalized casework and counseling interventions to address the unique needs of individuals and families.
  • Through group work facilitation, you will plan and execute programs that foster a sense of community and promote collective growth.
  • Engaging with local stakeholders, you will advocate for systemic changes that benefit the community at large.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: casework, counseling, risk management, and group facilitation
  • No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems efficiently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with diverse groups
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening, clear articulation, and effective team collaboration
  • A deep passion for uplifting vulnerable individuals and fostering thriving communities
