Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves developing code-based strategies to find defects during the development cycle and ensuring software quality. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a passion for developing robust software, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We're looking for someone who is fast learning, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with flexibility under changing conditions and the ability to multitask between projects. Experience in C++, C#, Python, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, supporting development through writing and maintaining automated tests, and participating in code and test plan reviews. They will also estimate, plan, schedule, and coordinate software testing tasks, execute test plans to validate the quality of product features, and join beta programs/QA driven customer events.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline is required, along with 3+ years of software development or QA experience. Object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms are must-haves, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD family products or competitive CAD software.
