Job Title: Software Developer

As a skilled Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery and Optimization
    • Analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize ServiceNow and other ITSM tools to manage service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
    • Implement and manage service delivery based on ITIL framework best practices, identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage service delivery performance.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting
    • Develop and manage budgets for service delivery, infrastructure, and cloud resources, forecasting expenses and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
    • Optimize financial resource allocation, considering infrastructure and cloud cost efficiencies.
    • Create and End-to-End tracking of purchase orders, ensuring POs are aligned with budget and financial approvals.
    • Reconcile payments with invoices and POs to ensure accuracy, tracking invoices and ensuring timely payment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in software development and IT service management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
