Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:
Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking. Prepare detailed financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings. Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports. Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.

Human Resources:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation. Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement. Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
