We are seeking a highly skilled Fine Dining Wine Expert to join our team at The Waiter's Academy. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service and knowledge to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

The Fine Dining Wine Expert will:

  • Provide expert wine service and pairing recommendations to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our wine list, including varietals, regions, and vintages
  • Work closely with the management team to identify wine sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of wine sales, inventory, and stock levels

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in wine service, preferably in a fine dining environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
