Become a Coffee Expert in our Café

We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers by providing personalized attention, expertly brewing coffee, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all Café orders according to Company standards, ensuring quality and consistency of coffee.
  • Maintain the environment of the Café according to protocols and food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Regular maintenance and care of coffee equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Handle cashiering and processing of payments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, proactively communicating regarding Café operations and sharing ideas to elevate the Café experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar capacity is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
  • Passion for the coffee culture and coffee-making.
  • Enjoy meeting and communicating with people and have the passion to work in a service line.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
