  • As a collections leader, you will oversee a team responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers. Your primary goal is to minimize credit losses and maximize recovery of past due amounts.
  • You will lead by example, demonstrating a thorough understanding of collection strategies, processes, and best practices. Your expertise will enable you to make informed decisions and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Your analytical and decision-making skills will be put to the test as you analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with your team to develop effective solutions and implement them efficiently.
  • This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills. You will interact with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be essential in resolving complex cases and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in collections, with a proven track record of success. A solid understanding of unsecured lending products and the collections cycle is essential. Strong leadership, management, and team motivation skills are also critical.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and guidelines in the financial services sector
