Key Position Description

We're seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the growth of our tourism bus service.


As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the tourism sector. Utilizing your expertise and industry connections, you'll be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with tour agencies, hotels, attractions, and event organizers. This entails designing and developing innovative routes and charter services that cater to market demand and elevate the overall travel experience.


Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Securing collaborations with major industry stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Creating and implementing bespoke routes and charter services tailored to customer preferences.
  3. Crafting itineraries, coordinating pick-up/drop-off points, and ensuring seamless scheduling processes.
  4. Assigning suitable drivers, providing them with comprehensive training on customer service and tourism safety standards.
  5. Maintaining exceptional service quality by conducting regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and feedback management.
  6. Responding professionally to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  7. Staying abreast of emerging tourism trends, peak seasons, and competitor offerings to enhance our service packages.
  8. Collaborating in the creation of promotional materials, proposals, and presentations for prospective partners and clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess leadership abilities, proficiency in IT tools for bookings, route planning, and customer communication. A strong network of tourism industry contacts, excellent communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of key tourist attractions are highly desirable traits.
