The successful candidate will be responsible for generating consistent alpha while managing risk and optimizing strategy performance. They will also have the opportunity to lead a team of researchers and contribute to the firm's success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative signals and implementing cutting-edge strategies to drive alpha generation
- Maintaining and optimizing MFT strategies for maximum efficiency in strategy execution
- Performing comprehensive back testing and stress testing to assess performance across different market conditions
- Guiding and mentoring a team of quantitative researchers and analysts, promoting innovation and collaboration within the group
Ideal Candidate:
A highly skilled Quantitative Researcher with a proven track record of 3 years in developing and executing MFT Volatility Strategies, proficient coding skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and a Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related Quantitative disciplines.
