Job Overview

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced Optical Interconnection Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and planning network protocols, with a strong focus on optical interconnection.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in such majors with relevant experience can also be considered. We are looking for someone with over 5 years of experience in protocol design and standardization, particularly in the optical interconnection field.

You will have excellent English writing and negotiation skills, able to lead technical proposals in international standard conferences. Strategic thinking and leadership skills are essential, as well as a sharp perception of technology trends in the industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and plan network protocols aligned with company strategy.
  • Develop forward-looking technical roadmaps for the industry.
  • Participate in international standard organizations.
  • Turn company innovations into industry standards.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years' experience in protocol design and standardization.
  • Master full-stack technology in protocols such as Ethernet, UEC, UAlink.
  • Excellent English writing and negotiation skills.
