  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with our center's policies and framework.
  • Continuously monitor and document children's progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained for each child.
  • Create an environment that promotes self-directed learning and stimulates the curiosity of our preschoolers.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional education and support the overall growth of our students.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and needs through regular updates.
Requirements:
  • A relevant diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience in a preschool setting, preferably with teaching certification from ECDA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude towards new ideas and technologies.
