Debt Recovery Specialist Role

This position focuses on leading and managing collection efforts for overdue accounts, primarily in Singapore.

  • The specialist will be responsible for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve outstanding balances professionally.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism is essential when interacting with clients and vendors to ensure effective resolution of outstanding balances.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas where debt recovery efforts can be improved.

This includes staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws related to debt recovery in Singapore, as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, law).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in debt recovery or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
