Job Title: Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing test programs for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed signal products on automated test equipment (ATE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test programs for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed signal products on ATE.
  • Work closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release activities.
  • Debug digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and characterize devices across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature).
  • Understand and experience in characterization of Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.).
  • Participate in test program handover, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to work hands-on in a lab environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently.
  • Preferred nationality: Singaporean/SPR.
