Expert Business Solutions Professional

As a Solutions Architect/ Delivery Advisor in our Finance Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Finance Applications delivery is consistent, scalable, and aligns with our standards of quality. You will specifically focus on ensuring the technical excellence of Finance Applications from implementation to full-scale deployment. This role combines deep platform expertise with finance process knowledge, project management, and high energy, to enable and assist our solution architects and professional services teams implementing Finance Applications with our customers.

This position requires a strong understanding of our platform and its application to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with our Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams to ensure seamless integration of Finance Applications into our GTM and delivery motion. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the subject matter expert for Finance Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies, developing and overseeing technical enablement programs, and ensuring Finance Applications demos and content are clearly aligned with our technical and implementation standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Finance Applications into our GTM and delivery motion.
• Develop and oversee technical enablement programs to drive ecosystem enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure Finance Applications demos and content are clearly aligned with our technical and implementation standards.
• Uphold and enhance implementation standards to maintain our brand integrity.

You will be responsible for empowering partners through training, advisory, and supporting services, scaling our service delivery capacity, and driving implementation success. You will also support key and late-stage sales opportunities as a technical, process, and architectural expert, guiding customers on best practices for implementing Finance Applications.

As a trusted advisor to customers and partners, you will present our Finance Applications technical and implementation vision, demonstrate solutions at key internal and external events, and deliver actionable feedback from the field to our Product Team to improve our applications.

• Strong understanding of our platform and its application to solve complex business challenges.
• Proven experience as an Application Architect and as a technical expert in our platform and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with our APIs, connectors, and scripting languages is a plus.
• An certification in our platform is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of experience demonstrating deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, and implementing performance management, planning, and reporting solutions – ideally including experience with Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting.
