About the Role:

As a Senior Laser Technologist, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, collaborating closely with customers to assess their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • You will establish strong connections with customers through regular site visits, provide comprehensive training on processes, and ensure they receive optimal service from Hans.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to identify critical business opportunities and accompany them on client visits.
  • Your core duty will involve managing the Laser Application Laboratory, analyzing the need for new equipment, and maintaining its excellent operational state.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of direct experience in various laser-based material processing methods.
  • Proven ability to maintain thorough documentation and meticulous organization.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Significant global travel may be necessary.
  • Background knowledge in electronics could be advantageous.
