Job Title:

Vehicle Operations Administrative Assistant



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate listings related to showroom inventory and vehicle registrations.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports, including showroom inventory, car financing analysis, and sales performance analysis.
  • Prepare and post journal entries for transfers of deposits, visa waivers, and other financial transactions.
  • Review car registration folders for completeness, including payment verification, documentation, approvals, and remarks.
  • Perform data entry and update car registrations using the LTA Link system accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update registration folders and related documentation.
  • Process refund cheques and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions related to vehicle registration.
  • Coordinate the ordering of vehicle number plates from authorized suppliers such as Europlate Design.
  • Liaise with service providers such as Indecco for commissioning of In-Vehicle Units (IU).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all vehicle registration procedures and financial controls.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimally NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Prior experience of 2 years in related fields is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificates would be an advantage.
