Lead Health Analytics Director

Join a fast-paced environment where you will lead a team of data analysts, scientists, statisticians, and economists in applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, operations research, systems modeling, geospatial analytics, forecasting, econometrics, visualization, and primary research to support policy formulation and review, service planning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to communicate timely and actionable insights through the right channels to help policymakers achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implement and refine the Programme Evaluation Framework across the MOH Family and conduct evaluation of health programmes.
  • Scope, coordinate, and deliver analytics work for MOH Divisions.
Requirements:
  • More than 12 years of experience in Health Analytics functions or applications of Data Analytics in various domains within Health or Public sector.
  • Bachelor/Master in a quantitative discipline: Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics/Biostatistics/Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Stata/R/Python to solve real-world problems.
  • Able to take a broad, strategic perspective while drilling deep to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Good in stakeholder and change management.
  • Organised, structured, and meticulous.
  • Good analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
