Job Description:

A highly skilled Warehouse Efficiency Specialist is required to oversee day-to-day operations in a warehouse, ensuring timely deliveries and shipments are coordinated effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules to guarantee timely completion.
  • Shipping Documentation: Prepare shipping documents for import and export shipments according to standard procedures.
  • Contact Point: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangements.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance with customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within designated timelines, maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Document Management: Adhere to and file related documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Stock Quantity Cycle Count: Plan and conduct regular stock quantity cycle counts in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate and submit routine reports on warehouse efficiency, inventory movement, and other pertinent matters for management review.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized storage and office environment.
