About the Role
  • Fully understand client business objectives/communication objectives and translate them into meaningful platform strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with display vendors and identify new vendors for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Display Lead to develop a strategic plan for clients and future-proof their display strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

Team Leadership

Lead a team of Display Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their objectives.

Be responsible for the delivery of revenue growth across clients within the team and explore opportunities for cross-selling and upsell.

Collaborate with the Display Director to improve internal processes and enhance team efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend/income by the team.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in channel planning/executing campaigns.
  • Experience in team leadership and/or mentoring/coaching others.
  • Knowledge of display, online video, programmatic, and digital marketing.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to manipulate data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work every time.

Diligence and attention to detail in vendor management and reporting.

Commercially minded with strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Excellent planning, analytical, and organisational skills.

Good understanding of display advertising and proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, and Excel.
