About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support across a wide range of network technologies.

  • Provide IT operations support in complex enterprise environments.
  • Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
  • Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities to ensure IT resilience and recovery.
  • Troubleshoot issues across routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, proxies, and voice systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Use diagnostic tools like SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and Blackbird.
  • Manage incidents via IT Service Management (ITSM) systems; support change and problem management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, Enterprise Wi-Fi (Cisco/Meraki), Proxy and security appliances.
  • A strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking fundamentals, Telecommunications connectivity and infrastructure.
