Job Description">

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead our throughcare programme to empower children from vulnerable backgrounds. Your strategic vision will drive the team's efforts to deliver holistic mentoring and educational interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in social work, with a minimum of 10 years' experience and at least 5 years in supervisory or management capacity. You will be expected to provide coaching and guidance to the team, as well as perform casework management for complex issues.

A key responsibility will be to ensure service standards are maintained through programme supervision, operational framework, and monitoring of outputs and outcomes. Additionally, you will develop and build stakeholder relationships in the throughcare sector, deepen outreach work, and spearhead partnerships to support service delivery.

  • Degree in Social Work (or other relevant degrees) with a proven track record in the social service sector
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in social work, with at least 5 years in supervisory/management capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet programme needs
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an ability to multi-task across various tasks, projects, and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing social work practice
