Singapore FREE FOOD FOR ALL LTD. Full time

1. Engage beneficiaries to assess their needs and propose appropriate interventions such as counselling or information and referrals.

2. Prepare appropriate case notes to record and track assessments, interventions and outcomes.

3. Develop impactful social programmes (based on Theory of Change and Logic Models), in support of organisation goals and objectives.

4. Prepare programme reports for different stakeholders (Management, Board or Funders) to effectively communicate the impact of social programmes.

5. Protect confidentiality of beneficiary data and comply with organisation’s data protection policies.

6. Work with Welfare Officers to assess beneficiaries’ needs and connect with relevant social service and national agencies.

7. Support organisation outreach efforts to potential community partners, prospective funders and beneficiaries.

8. Represent organisation at appropriate social work / social service forums including conferences and events.

9. To assume any other roles / duties assigned by Director, Programme & Operations
