As a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide collaborative and supportive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine home visits and video consultations to assess the home environment, competency of caregivers, and continuity of care.
  • Deliver training and education to nurses, medical personnel, students, and healthcare providers at community institutions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of nursing care and patient education.

Requirements:

  • A Degree/Diploma in Nursing
  • Post-Registration qualification (e.g. Post-basic Certificate/Advanced Diploma in Nursing)
  • At least 5 years' working experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in a Paediatric Setting
  • High dependency or Intensive care experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
