Window Furnishings Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a sales professional with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor.

This role involves providing outstanding customer service, selecting window furnishings that meet customers’ needs and budget, answering questions about products, installation, and financing options, processing sales transactions, managing customer accounts, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

As a sales and design professional, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment, and participating in product training and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home décor or window furnishings industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
