High Income (Basic + Commission)
Immediate position

**Responsibilities**:
Follow up on sales leads
Propose and advice interior ideas to prospective clients
Prepare project specifications with quotation, including design concept and space planning
Liaison and coordination with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
Site supervision and manage project costing from inception to completion
To ensure design and renovation targets for clients are met

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales driven
Motivated, resourceful and committed learner
Passionate in interior design
Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
Preferable 1 year sales working experience
Team spirit working environment

**Remuneration**:
Attractive high income (Basic + Commission Base)
- $3000-$6000 per month
Extensive training provided : Designing, Product knowledge & Site coordination

**Additional Information**:
Based in Singapore
