We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Specialist to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling and management, with a focus on Accident and Health claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and monitor claims handling procedures to ensure quality service to customers.
- Assist in managing A&H claims underwritten or reported in Singapore, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of claims handling procedures and recommend improvements.
- Attend to claim enquiries and maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, and service providers.
- Manage claims costs and loss dollar management, including accurate interpretation of policy coverage and liaison with underwriters.
- Ensure timely updates of claims data and correctness of systems and file records.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling A&H claims.
- Advanced expertise and knowledge in A&H claims handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
