Part-Time Lecturer Opportunity in Gerontology

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as part-time lecturers in the field of gerontology. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching, developing curriculum, and assessing student performance.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with students. As a part-time lecturer, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of our gerontology program, work closely with faculty members, and engage with students from diverse backgrounds.


Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in gerontology, including lectures, tutorials, and workshops
  • Develop and coordinate course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments
  • Assess and provide feedback on student performance
  • Contribute to the development of the gerontology program, including curriculum design and review

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A PhD or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., gerontology, social sciences, healthcare)
  • Extensive industry and/or academic experience in gerontology or a related field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to facilitate learning and engagement in the classroom
