Key Responsibilities
This position requires you to oversee the residents' daily needs, manage their welfare, discipline, and standards of regimentation. You will also be responsible for delivering trauma-informed practices, ensuring safety and security, and managing daily living needs. Additionally, you will develop positive relationships with the residents and participate in taskforce activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have an O Level qualification or above. You must be able to work rotating shifts and possess proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Your ability to develop positive relationships with the residents and work collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
