Senior Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to assist clients in designing, implementing, and supporting VMware solutions that enhance their IT infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable virtualization and networking solutions for enterprise customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee VMware solution deployments for clients across the globe.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and design effective solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for system upgrades, migrations, and performance enhancements.
  • Implement security and load balancing solutions to strengthen system reliability and resilience.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and recommend enhancements to IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans and handover guides.
  • Offer advisory support during pre-sales discussions to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with local regulatory and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience working with VMware solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in virtualization and IT infrastructure design, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects that involve system optimization and security enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions.
Preferred Certifications (an advantage but not required)
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV / VCP-NV).
  • NSX-T or AVI Load Balancer certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation.
