Sales Administration Support Role
This is a Sales Support Administrative Assistant position that offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
- We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in using its features efficiently is required.
- The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, enabling effective implementation within our organization.
- Assisting senior staff members with administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Preparing tax invoices, performing data entry, and generating monthly inventory reports accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding orders, delivery, shipments, accounts receivable, and payable.
- Coodinating with freight, media, and printing companies to ensure smooth business operations.
- Welcoming walk-in customers, addressing their queries, and performing other duties as required by your superior.
