Project Manager - Plastic Part Manufacturing
A highly skilled professional is required to lead and manage complex plastic part projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Participating in Design for Manufacturability analysis and tooling design.
- Managing communication with external tool makers.
- Effectively communicating customer requirements and project deliverables.
- Developing project plans, processes, and schedules.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Tracking project progress and identifying potential delays.
- Documenting project activities and providing status updates and reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with mould design, making, or process experience an advantage.
- Experience in managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of plastic part manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
