Plastics Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastics Formulation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of plastic materials and develop innovative solutions for our customers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and formulate colors for various plastics applications in accordance with customer specifications
  • Operate processing machines, including 2 roll mills, extrusion machines, injection molding machines, and blow molding machines
  • Perform routine maintenance on processing machines and other laboratory equipment
  • Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to investigate the composition of materials and products
  • Maintain development and internal laboratory testing data
  • Prepare test reports and maintain good documentation and material inventory records


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of plastics formulation and processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
