Enterprise IT Services Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our end-user computing services team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise-level services.
This is an opportunity to lead innovative initiatives, drive standardization across desktop services, and enhance user satisfaction within a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential enterprise-level end-user computing services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Plan and execute new initiatives and enhancements that leverage innovative endpoint technologies to drive organizational efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver projects aimed at maintaining, enhancing, or developing new desktop services.
- Lead projects to standardize desktop services across the organization, reducing operational overhead and improving service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Supervise and maintain desktop services, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and service level agreements.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in designing, planning, deploying and leading enterprise level ICT infrastructure for end point services.
- Good technical knowledge of end point technologies as primary practice area, with knowledge in supporting technologies such as network and servers.
- Proactive and dedicated individual with good leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- An adaptable and bold individual who dares to innovate and take smart risks.
