Service and Repair Technician

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the aerospace industry? We are seeking a skilled Service and Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing repair and overhaul tasks on Honeywell APU accessories LRUs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repair and overhaul tasks on Honeywell APU accessories LRUs, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing.
  • Operate and maintain company-provided measuring apparatus, tools, and equipment.
  • Implement 5S and TPM practices to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide quality assurance reports as required.
Requirements:
  • National Technical Certificate (NTC) in Aerospace Technology/Engineering or higher qualification.
  • Minimum one year's experience in aerospace/oil & gas/manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience in conducting disassembly and cleaning tasks for pneumatic valves/electrical starters/harnesses.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Analytical knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with blueprint drawings and engine manuals/publications.
  • Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement activities, focusing on productivity and quality enhancements.
