Key Responsibilities:
  • Create import and export jobs in our system until billing and file closure.
  • Liaise with carriers and co-loaders for import shipment arrival and export shipment booking.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers for shipments arrangement.
  • Handle import and export customs permits.
  • Liaise with transporters for import and export cargo handling.
  • Procure rates with carriers and co-loaders.
  • Check origin and destination rates with overseas agents.
  • Support sales teams for quotations.
