In this role, you will be part of our First Line of Defence team, responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite through risk reviews, standard assessments, metrics analysis etc.
  2. Develop framework, metrics and thresholds to support the CBGO risk mitigation programs and escalate emerging or at-risk issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct periodic risk reviews and key risk indicator analysis to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.
  4. Collaborate with Senior management and other regional risk teams to establish risk management goals and objectives.
