We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent in Japan to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels in Japan.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers, and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Be the ambassador of our company culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.
Requirements:
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese to support hiring in Japan.
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.
  • Ability to contribute efficiently with excellent data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
  • With 1+ years of international sourcing experience, preferably related to operational or product manager roles in internet companies is a plus.
