APAC Rewards and Payroll Lead

Kepler Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled APAC Rewards and Payroll Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored compensation and benefits strategies for multiple markets in the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to ensure accurate and timely compensation and benefits packages.
- Payroll Management: Oversee the annual salary review process, bonus programs, and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across all countries in the APAC region.
- Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge base on payroll, tax, social security, and benefits for each market, ensuring all practices adhere to local laws and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the global rewards team, APAC HR team, Finance, and Legal teams, as well as external partners like payroll vendors, insurance brokers, and tax advisors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Interpret compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience covering the APAC region in an MNC environment.
