Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and team-oriented professional to join our Marketing team. This role requires innovative thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update marketing materials and communications
  • Regularly update the marketing database with new leads obtained from events and emails
  • Utilise marketing automation software to bring leads into the sales funnel
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing strategies
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with teams to plan, create, and design compelling marketing content for digital and offline channels
  • Develop and manage social media marketing strategies and calendars across platforms
  • Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across channels
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies with agency partners
  • Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date and running smoothly
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in marketing and communications or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Experience in an agency would be an advantage)
  • Familiar and fluent with digital/data tools, e.g., Google Analytics, CRM and marketing tools, etc, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
  • Proficiency in content creation, market research and copywriting
  • Self-starter with proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong attention to detail
