Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery highest quality standards.
Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong communication throughout the project.
You can meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects and managing different stakeholders.

Self-motivated, driven, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Innovation and Trends**:
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to integrate techniques into projects.

Propose new creative concepts and approaches to elevate the brand’s identity and engagement.
**Technical Expertise**:
Review final designs, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and project objectives.

Maintain proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and recommend tools for team efficiency.

**Who Are We Looking For**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in-house graphic designer or agency.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Capcut Video Editing)
- Highly creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent sense of creativity design & layouts, producing visuals finished artwork, mock-up & general duties.
- Meticulous and eyes for aesthetics.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive self-starter, and able to work independently.
